2012 Recital Information

The 2012 Recital will be held at the Scottish Rite Auditorium on June 16th, 2012 at 4:00 PM.   The doors open promptly at 2:30 PM.

Dress Rehearsal

This Friday (June 15th) at the Scottish Rite Auditorium at 6:30 PM.  When you arrive, find a seat in the theater for announcements and information.

Recital

The doors open at 2:30 PM and the show begins promptly at 4:00 PM. Concessions will be sold from Absolutely Everything Catering. Remember, no food or drinks can be brought into the auditorium.

Reserved Seating

For our major sponsors who paid extra for the front & back page of our program and also for the Premiere Dance Co. families only.

Recital Night Drop Off

On recital night, all dancers will be backstage the entire evening.  This includes intermission. The only parents allowed backstage will be the parent volunteers that signed up at the studio.  All dancers will be dropped off in their respective dressing rooms.  Dressing rooms will be cleared of parents at 3:30. Please be sure that your child is in place by then if you would like to walk them back.

Recital Night Pickup

Your dancer can be picked up in front of the stage after Finale. Older dancers (Level 5 and up) will be dismissed from the stage to go to their dressing rooms. Level 4 & younger will be picked up in front of the stage immediately following the Finale.

Entertainment

Be sure to pack your dancer dry snacks and bottle water for them to have backstage.  Coloring books, cards, and easy games are also permitted.

Parking

We are working to secure parking at the church across the street. If we are able to get this arranged, there will be a small cost. If not, please be sure that you allow ample time to find parking and make your way to the theater.
