Katy Schmidt

Katy Schmidt has studied various styles of dance in San Antonio since the age of three. She has trained under many accredited teachers and choreographers from around the country.

Katy has performed competitively as a member of a national award winning team. She has also performed for National Tap Dance Day, the Third Coast Rhythm Project, the Fiesta Queen’s Coronation, and the San Antonio Spurs.

Katy has been teaching and choreographing all ages of dance over the past six years throughout San Antonio. In addition to teaching, her other credits include dance management, dancewear sales, and various dance camps and industrials.

Katy currently attends UTSA where she is pursuing a major in business marketing. She is a member of the Business Scholars Program and Phi Theta Kappa Honors Society.
